Fresh vegetables straight from the garden are part of the main ingredients in a Murcia dish. Great and delicious vegetables, meat, fish and typical products from the region. In Calaspara during the right time of the year you can also enjoy a delicious dish of rice with snails. In the Ricote Valley you'll enjoy wood oven lamb, as well as delicious goat cheeses, fresh cheese or cured cheese and much much more!
